Taanguun and Raven
Saturday, July 30th, 2005
The Raven is a central creative figure in our narratives. The bird contains the widest range of folly and indulgence and in this way allows us all not to take ourselves so seriously. Below is the Bear, Taan. He is the father by union with a woman of two children who finally reject thier mother’s home for the magnificence of their father’s forest. Taan guun the bear is our younger sibling, just like in Korea.
